🛣️ Development Access Package (DAP) – Road Delivery Policy
Upon full payment and NFT issuance, road access will be delivered in two phases:
✅ Phase 1: Eco-Road Access (Guaranteed)
Every buyer is guaranteed eco-road access within 8 to 12 weeks of full payment, including:
• Graded laterite or eco-road to their plot
• Compacting and basic water drainage
• Access is usable for site visits, early construction, and services
🚧 Phase 2: Paved Asphalt / Concrete Roads (Conditional)
Full paving (asphalt or concrete) will commence only when either of the following is met:
1. A minimum of 5 acres (approximately 40 NFTs) within the block/phase have been fully paid for
OR
2. A maximum of 18 months has passed since the first full payment in that block
