What is DAP

To ensure a clean, secure, and well-maintained environment across all New Las Vegas estates, every plot requires a one-time Development Access Package. This covers all key infrastructure and shared services for 30 years — designed for both private living and Airbnb hosting.

All NFT landowners receive a 6-month grace period after purchase to visit, survey, and plan. Before any major construction or moving onsite, your Development Access Package must be activated.

Community Governance

After year 10, estate maintenance transitions to the New Las Vegas DAO (NLVGH Council). No changes to fees or services can be made without a community vote. This ensures fairness, transparency, and long-term peace of mind.

💰 Payment Options

🛣️ Development Access Package (DAP) – Road Delivery Policy

Upon full payment and NFT issuance, road access will be delivered in two phases:

✅ Phase 1: Eco-Road Access (Guaranteed)

Every buyer is guaranteed eco-road access within 8 to 12 weeks of full payment, including:

• Graded laterite or eco-road to their plot

• Compacting and basic water drainage

• Access is usable for site visits, early construction, and services

🚧 Phase 2: Paved Asphalt / Concrete Roads (Conditional)

Full paving (asphalt or concrete) will commence only when either of the following is met:

1. A minimum of 5 acres (approximately 40 NFTs) within the block/phase have been fully paid for

OR

2. A maximum of 18 months has passed since the first full payment in that block

• This structure ensures buyers receive timely access while allowing sustainable roll-out of major infrastructure.

• Buyers can still develop their properties using eco-road access before paving begins.

• Asphalt/concrete roads will be built to high durability standards once the project reaches scale.
